In 2 minutes:
15 feet-elevated push ups
15 weighted abmat sit ups
Battle rope rainbows for remaining time

~rest 2 minutes~

In 2 minutes:
15 box jumps/step ups
15 rotational med ball toss (each side)
Burpees for remaining time

~rest 2 minutes~

Repeat for a total of 3 sets.
