Due to our small class size and training formats, our Team Fat Loss Training works for total beginners, people that used to workout but have fallen off, and well-trained individuals struggling to get the fat off.
Here’s what it is:
- 4-week program
- Three 40-minute, semi-private training sessions each week
- One assigned ‘homework’ workout each week
- Simple and effective nutrition plan
- Weekly check-ins and accountability
- $99 for gym members
