FOR 20 MINUTES:

4 x Sandbag / Ball Carry, down & back

Jump Rope, 75 skips

Battle Ropes, 30 seconds

For carry, bring heavyish sandbag or slam ball on to the shoulder and carry down and back length of turf. Alternate shoulders each time.
