For 20 Minutes:

1 Sled Pull (w/ rope) + Push

3DB Snatch (each arm)

2 Sled Pull (w/ rope) + Push

6 DB Snatch (each arm)

3 Sled Pull (w/ rope) + Push

9 DB S natch (each arm)

Continue to ladder up by 1’s and 3’s respectively for each exercise.
