For 5 minutes:

5 Pull Ups

2 x Farmer Carry, down and back

For 5 minutes:

10 Wall Balls

2 x Waiter Walk, down and back

For 5 minutes:

15 GHD Sit Ups

2 x Suitcase Carry, down and back

Rest 2 minutes between couplets.

For carries, use weights that are heavy enough to challenge you.
