For 5 minutes:
5 pull ups
15 Kettlebell deadlifts
30 bench hop overs

For 5 minutes:
5 dips
15 box jumps/step ups
30 hollow rocks

For 5 minutes:
5 burpee ball slams
15 plank jacks
30 lateral jumps

~rest 2-3 mins between each circuit~
