For 20 Minutes:
Heavy Bag Work, 45 seconds
Weighted Lunges, down and back


For Heavy Bag Work:

  • Use gloves on hanging bag or use red Wavemaster without gloves.
  • For 45 seconds, do any combination of striking on the bag that you like: punch, kick, knee, palm strike, etc.
  • For example: Left Punch-Right Punch-Kick (and repeat…)
  • Just keep moving! This is cardio.
