Complete Two ‘On the Minute’ Ladders.

Ladder 1:

Burpee + Heavy Goblet Squat
Do 1 burpee and 1 goblet squat during first minute.
Do 2 burpees and 2 goblet squat during second minute.
Continue to add 1 rep of each exercise each minute for as long as you can.
Ladder 2:
Push Press + Ball Slam
Do 1 push press and 1 ball slam during first minute.
Do 2 push press and 2 ball slams during second minute.
Continue to add 1 rep of each exercise each minute for as long as you can.
~Rest 3-4 Minutes Between Ladders~
