Min 2: 6 Pull Ups

Min 3: 5 Pull Ups

Min 4: 4 Pull Ups

Min 5: 3 Pull Ups

Min 6: 2 Pull Ups

Min 7: 1 Pull Up

 

On the Minute For 10 Minutes:

Min 1: 10 Push Press

Min 2: 20 Bosu Sit Ups

Repeat.
